Yes I lost weight and they are delicious I was trying to increase my protein and decrease net carbs to lose weight. I dropped a pant size with these in one month. My co worker asked to try one. He is a thin male. He loved them so much he begged for more. They are the best out there. You feel like you're cheating but you're not. I've tried them all and this is by far the best!
