Excellent!
I use this form in my drinking water bottle. It is economical, and I don't have to worry about pills. Plus, the calcium buffered form is easier on my stomach and system. I recommend.

Not so great.
This product is not totally "Buffered" It contains Vitamin C as calcium ascorbate and ascorbic acid. Ascorbic acid is not the buffered form of vitamin C. As a consequence this product can be hard on the stomach and has a very sour taste.
If you are looking for a truly "buffered' vitamin C that is easy on the stomach, pass this product by.

Seems good
I was made aware that I should take more vitamin C. This seems good for the price, no added junk, easy to take. I guess like so many other supplements we take, I can just hope it's doing its part.

Excellent!
No complaints about this product. It dissolved well in water and was easy to take. The price is right. I only wish it came in a bigger container.

Excellent Product for very little money
My natural doctor has me on a very high dose of vitamin C after first doins a vitamin C flush. I've bought other crystal and powder products for much more money but have found Thopson C Buffered Crystals to as good as any of them so I come back for more. A heaping 1/2 teaspoon equals 3000mg. Tastes salty but isn't no sodium listed in ingredients
