Best ratio
Thompson cal-citrate has the best calcium to magnesium ratio that I could find. It also contains vitamin D which helps the calcium to be absorbed. Also, this product does not contain an opaquing agent, which is a good thing.

Satisfied, but...
The good points are that you are taking more easily absorbed calcium citrate and that you only need four tablets for 1000 mg. I tried eight capsules, then six capsules, then four tablets with this brand. The bad points are that you are taking tablets and they are on the large side. I plan to switch to a brand which tells me the actual amount of elemental calcium provided per dose, since I do not eat dairy and I am concerned about my calcium levels. I do recommend this product, however, particularly if you have dietary sources of calcium and you don't mind tablets.
