Great Stuff! I have a gene mutation (MTHFR) that prevents me from processing folic acid, but I can process this formulation. Like the other reviewer, my homocysteine level has now dropped from 23 to 12 and is in the normal range. I am no longer anemic for the first time in 20 years, either! This is great stuff. excellent I cannot metabolize folate in a regular capsule or vitamin and have high homocysteine. After taking this product for 5 weeks, I got my blood tested and my homocysteine level was normal. So this product is effective and has reliable ingredients. August 14, 2012
