Best texture I've tried a LOT of gluten free pasta brands, this one is the best for texture! I've bought all varieties and have never been disappointed. I don't love it warmed up....it tends to lose the good texture once re-heated, but that seems to be the case with all gluten free brands. So I don't hold it against this one. September 12, 2012

Great for Soups! This brown rice pasta is great for soups. Pasta stays firm and not mushy after being in hot soup. Leftover soup is still good days after it's made no mushy pasta! Also great instead of traditional white pasta more nutritious. August 17, 2012

STOVE-TOP COOKING INSTRUCTION: Put one package of pasta into 4 quarts (3.78 liters) of boiling water and add a tablespoon of salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 16-17 minutes until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with cold water. Drain well. For best results, rid pasta of surface moisture. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favorite pasta recipes, in hot soup, in salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would any regular pasta.

QUICK & ENERGY-SAVING COOKING: Cook 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water. Switch off stove. Cover pot for about 20 minutes.
