Tinkyada Spaghetti What a great brand I just recently found out about! I prefer their organic versions for better health. I think their cooking recommendations are way too long and make the pasta swell too much and become too soft, so I cut the minutes way back. No wheat or corn! Yay! March 15, 2013

AWESOME STUFF! This is so good. It is the best gluten free pasta brand. Taste is similar to regular white wheat pasta, even though this is made from brown rice. It is much better than whole wheat pastas. Very mild and tender if you follow the package directions. Vitacost has the 2 packs at a great deal! January 27, 2013

Best rice pasta This is the best rice pasta I've ever tasted. I cannot stand mushy pasta so I thought I would have to give it up when I went gluten free. This pasta is as good as wheat pasta in flavor and texture but you have to handle it more gently than wheat pasta (no heavy stirring, and a gentle rinse). Even my gluten eating family members enjoy this! December 5, 2012

Very Good Because I have MCS, and am allergic to wheat and soy, I buy the "organic" Tinkyada Brown Rice pastas. Tastes good too. We eat lots of spaghetti in our house so I purchase multi packs from Amazon. October 19, 2012

Stovetop Cooking Instruction:

Put one package of pasta into 4 quarts (3.78 litres) of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 16-17 minutes until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with cold water. Drain well.

For best results, rid pasta of surface moisture.

Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favorite pasta recipes, in hot soup, in salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would like any regular pasta.

The good texture of Tinkyada® can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking.
