Tinkyada is the Best!
When we went off of Wheat and Gluten products, we were told about the Tinkyada pasta products. Like many others, we would never go back to the 'others' now. These Spiral Noodles are Great in texture and taste! All of Tinkyada's brown rice pasta products are Great! Also, DO try their Spinach Spaghetti pasta! Excellent on it's own even as a side dish, with a little EV Olive Oil, plus just a bit of (organic) Butter, some Basil, Oregano and Granulated Garlic Powder, toss lightly and Serve! :-) We do it this way even with Spaghetti or other sauces on top. Folks Always give us great compliments on it.

Gluten free is the way I'm talking my family.
Good tasting, so no has noticed a difference. I use the easy and energy - saving cooking method. I have Tinkyada pasta on every shopping list.

Excellent GF, Corn-free pasta
Texture is very close to regular wheat-based pasta. The taste is good. I use this in place of wheat-based pasta in a variety of casseroles, stove-top, and stir-fry recipes. These spirals are particularly useful in a recipe that calls for a sauce. Just know that this pasta absorbs more water and more sauce than wheat-based pasta.

rice pasta spirals
it is a fairly good product, just needs to be eaten same day with some sort of sauce as I tried storing the leftovers without sauce and it dried out had to toss it. I suggest eating it right after you cook it, don't over boil it could get soggy.

Our family has tried several types of gluten-free pasta (rice and others), but we've settled on Tinkyada. They come the closest to wheat pasta --- in fact, some of our non-gluten-free friends haven't even noticed. They are great el dente, and they don't fall apart or become otherwise inedible even if we lose track of tie and overcook them.
