Brush thoroughly, preferably after each meal but at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician.

Ingredients: Sorbitol, water, hydrated silica, glycerin, xylitol, sodium lauryl sulfate, Mentha viridis (spearmint) leaf oil and other natural flavors, xanthan gum and Chondrus crispus (carrageenan).
