Trace Minerals Research Ionic Magnesium -- 400 mg - 2 fl oz
It's working well.
I first tried this in coffee. It was terrible. Then I tried it in orange juice. It was a lot better. Didn't taste the liquid that much. Then soda. Better. I tried it with tea. The tea was terrible like the coffee. Milk. No. Please, only use this in soda, or any kind of juice so that you don't have to taste the magnesium. The reason why most people don't like this product is because they probably just put it in their mouth alone. Please do not do that. And the reason why they also don't like it is because they probably put it in water. Do not do that either. The flavor is bad. You have to mix it in soda or any kind of juice. Or any soft food like oatmeal or cream of wheat. But anyways, it does work well. I am feeling a whole lot better.

Exactly what it says
We don't get enough trace minerals in our diets. While this product tastes awful by itself, the bottle tells you to mask its flavor by mixing it with food. I haven't tasted it at all when mixed in yogurt, and I'm giving my body the minerals it needs.

Only magnesium I tolerate & absorb
I have tried MANY magnesium supplements only to find myself rushing to the bathroom.... This one is different, I can tolerate it and I know it is working as I no longer have any leg or foot cramps. The taste is very strong, but I just mix it in with some protein and a couple other supplements and drink it down quick. Sometimes I take it with some fresh lemon and a few drops of stevia. Also, if I am stressed and can't calm down before bed, I just take an extra dose along with some Valerian root and I become very relaxed and sleep soundly
