This stuff definitely doesn't taste good, but it works so well! I feel amazing since I've been taking it! I usually hide it in my soup or lemonade (sugar free).

I recently found out that I am zinc deficient by doing a zinc tally test. I have been using this ever since. If the taste is indicative of how well it works, then I'm sure I will be back to normal zinc levels in no time!

Works great, includes necessary copper.
I have difficulty absorbing zinc, so I must take a sublingual or liquid form to get it. The problem is, most supplemental zinc doesn't include copper, which is an absolute NECESSITY if taking zinc for long periods of time; otherwise a copper deficiency will result. So this product has been great as far as absorption and proper nutrition goes.
However, yes- it doesn't taste good. But they're minerals, so that shouldn't be a surprise. I recommend stirring it in some orange juice, then eating something after. It's fine that way. Don't take on an empty stomach and don't put it directly in your mouth.
Maybe one day someone will make a zinc/copper supplement that tastes good, but until then, this is the best one on the market as far as I can tell.
