Delicious and Necessary
Once I realized that my kids get a little "down" or ill during the winter, I knew that it was due to lack of sun...hence, lack of Vit D. This supplement is a real life-saver. My kids maintain a balanced level of Vit D throughout the year with this supplement. I administer in the AM as a "treat" for having drank their protein smoothie's for breakfast. My kids are stellar students and haven't had a cold for the past three years...thanks, in large part, to this fantastic Vit D supplement. I take it too.

this is a great product
I love this liquid Vit D it works fast. One capfull a day and I l feel better.

Watch out...latest bottle touts "improved taste & color." Totally opposite; color washed out orange & flavor tolerable but not good (previously bright red & yummy cherry taste). Ingredient label exactly the same. My experience on anything advertising improved is always not!
