Wash out your insides I've been using this product for years under it's former name. Glad to find it here at such a low price because I ran out. I do not use it on food. Instead, I use it as an internal wash every weekend morning. I take 48 ounces of distilled water (32 oz is boiled and 16 is room temperature). I add to this 4-5 TBL of this product. I drink it early in the morning on an empty stomach within 20-30 minutes...stomach MUST be empty...and within 30 minutes, I am using the bathroom. Consider it a shower for your insides. It's amazing, especially when you are cleansing and not eating meat and white flour products. April 11, 2010

Take 2 teaspoons daily in a glass of juice or water to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. Can be taken in divided doses throughout the day or all at once. No refrigeration necessary.

For use in recipes, substitute 4 teaspoons of Utah Sea Minerals for every 1 teaspoon of regular salt.
