Awesome Vitamins Taste Great! I was suggested to take this by my naturopathic doctor because I was vitamin deficient and couldn't take a pill vitamin because it bothered my intestines. I had tried many forms of vitamins, but these hands down are the best by far! They provide a good variety of the vitamins I need, and they are gentle enough to not bother my GI tract! And they also taste awesome!! (If you've ever tried liquid vitamins, some of them are chalky or taste really nasty, but these taste like cranberry/blueberry with no chalkiness at all!) This is great 10 ppm Silver product. Not only do you get the silver, you also benefit from naturally occurring vitamin and mineral ingredients. It's suggested to store in the frig after opening for freshness, but it stores just fine in a dark desk drawer at work. Keep a bottle in the home frig as well. One capful a day after a meal.
