Mild Chocolate Flavor. Best of its kind! I have purchased many different types of senna-based teas over the years. I find Chocolate Smooth Move tea to be light and enjoyable on its own. This is my nightly tea. As an herbal tea aficianado, sometimes I will place a bag of another chocolate flavored tea, for variety, with Chocolate Smooth Move, it blends well! August 15, 2012

One Smoooth Move! K, so I thought this would taste like chocolate because of the name and I love chocolate, but it does not have a hint of chocolate flavor; however, it does deliver a smooth move without causing cramps. The only thing chocolate about this tea is the "smooth move". July 1, 2010

Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Adults and children 12 years and over: Drink 1 cup preferably at bedtime. Not to exceed 3 cups in 24 hours. Children 6-12 years: Drink 1/2 cup preferably at bedtime. Not to exceed 1 cup in 24 hours. Children 2-6 years: Drink 1/4-1/2 cup prreferably at bedtime. Children under 2 years: Consult a doctor.
