Best relief for PMS symptoms I used to get very bad PMS lower back pain. A friend suggested this and I was like "tea? yeah right, this is PAIN." Boy was I wrong. 2 cups of tea and a nap and the pain was gone. In the summer, I make iced tea with it and sometimes take the pills instead of making tea. For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a ceramic cup. Cover Cup and steep 10-15 minutes.
