Works, but not Miraculous
It helps me to keep up production without having to pump through the night (baby sleeps through the night) and with the limited amount of times I get to pump at work, but didn't increase production, just stopped the loss.

It works
I like the taste and it seemed to work. It recomends at least 3 cups a day, and that is what I did. I noticed an increase in milk supply. I added some honey to it until I got used to the flavor, now I don't add any honey at all. I like the flavor better than the 'nursing support" tea.

This is a great tasting product that worked for me
I brewed this tea daily while breastfeeding (minimum once a day) and believe it helped me produce if not just maintain my milk supply. I think it tastes great, but I am an avid tea drinker.

I always recommed this produce to my moms postnatal. Gives them a good start with bringing thier milk in faster so baby does not loose much weight in the first few days after birth. And my moms that have a hard time keeping their milk strong for loder babies.
