"I used to get very bad PMS lower back pain. A friend suggested this and I was like "tea? yeah right, this is PAIN." Boy was I wrong. 2 cups of tea and a nap and the pain was gone. In the summer, I make iced tea with it and sometimes take the pills instead of making tea. The tea doesn't have an unpleasant taste to it either."

For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a ceramic cup. Cover Cup and steep 10-15 minutes.
