Been drinking this tea for years I love this tea. Start out slowly with it, till you find out how it works for you. I brew it in a 2 cup pot and add a little honey. Drink one cup before going to bed, by morning it works. Put the other cup in the fridge, have it next night or two nights later. It tastes good hot or cold. March 24, 2013

Traditional Medicinals are the best products This product by Traditional Medicinals is a great product. It is used by my husband, who finds it very gentle. No cramping! The longer you let it steep the stronger it becomes, so the first time you may want to start out slow. For Relief

Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.

Cover cup & Steep for 10-15 minutes,
