Organic Linden Flower with Hawthorne & Lemon Balm

Also known as "Bee Tree" because bees are powerfully attracted to it, the linden tree has a special place in the hearts of people too. Revered for its gentle properties and endowed with spiritual powers, some countries even forbade the trees to be cut down. The Linden flowers in this tea are sustainably wild-collected in Eastern Europe. From May to July, collectors climb up tall ladders (lindens can grow as tall as 50 to 75 feet!) and carefully pluck each flower from its stem. The flowers are then cleaned and dried before being made into tea.
