Wow! This could b a breakthrough! I have only tried this once (hence only 4 stars) but it worked! I am severely gluten intolerant and bought this for family gatherings, etc. To test it, I took 2 capsules and then ate about 1/2 cup of seasoned wheat pretzels and I was absolutely fine! I burped a few times after taking the capsules but was amazed that I had no reaction whatsoever from the pretzels. I will post again after I try some mainstream pizza. August 17, 2010
