Period come 5 days early each month! Started using this last year in July. Used it until end of December. Did not use every day, probably about 3-4 x per week. My period came about 5-6 days early every month! My periods used to be around every 30 days and I did not have sore swollen breasts before my period for at least a couple of years before using this. That changed the first month I started using this. It is really annoying to have your period every 24-25 days! I am probably going to have to take bc to try to get it back to normal. I have not used this since about 3-4 months ago and my period has still not gone back to normal. And I still get sore/swollen breasts every month starting about 10 days before my period. As far as breast growth, very minimal and stopped using 3-4 months ago. Breasts have retained size. April 6, 2013

what I had hoped for I have been using this for almost a month and have seen nice increase in fullness. I was an almost a and now I dont feel like I am just wearing a bra to pretent to still be an A but I am starting to fit my A size bra again. TriMedica Grobust® Herbal Lotion Directions

Apply approximately a dime size amount of lotion twice daily in a circular clockwise motion until lotion is fully absorbed into skin.

Most effective when taken without caffeine or carbonated drinks. Grobust may be used for 3 to 6 months or longer depending on the effect you desire. Maintain your look by using Grobust for a 2 to 3 week period, every 3 to 4 months. Temporary soreness in the breast, similar to original breast development or lactation may result.

Ingredients: Purified water, saw palmetto, fenugreek, damiana, dong quai, dandelion root, blessed thistle, kava kava, wild yam, motherwort, soy bean oil, sorbitan palmitate, cetearyl alcohol (from coconut), multi sterol extract, polysorbate 40, methyl and propylparaben, hyaluronic acid (plant derived).
