Dry Hair
Didn't like this at all. It didn't help much to moisten my hair after using the MSM shampoo that made my hair feel like straw.

WONDERFUL
I love this product. Great for hair connectivity and skin issues. I use the conditioner and then use other conditioners. What ever goes on my hair next, MSM Conditioner, seems to make it absorb/work 10 times more effective.

good stuff
this conditioner leaves my hair very soft and shiny. Only complaint is that it takes quite a bit, and I have short and not thick hair, so a bottle doesn't last long.

soothing
This works well with the shampoo to help itching and texture. The down side is my curly hair is in knots after the shampoo and this conditioner doesn't get the knots out. I mix Aubrey honeysuckle rose condtioner with it for better results. If you don't have curly or dry hair this shouldn't be a problem for you.
