Just ok
Not something I can use daily as it's not the best tasting or the best texture, fairly gritty. I bought it only for the calcium phosphate, Dr. Mercola had a dental specialist speak on the importance of this in our toothpastes, since then I have read that we should avoid calcium phosphates; hard to know what to believe anymore. Bottom line, I will not order again, but will add powdered MSM on my toothbrush with my other fluoride FREE toothpaste for now on; much more cost effective, plus I follow up by rinsing with baking soda which is supposed to keep the mouth less acidic.

Great buy
I also use this to ex foliate! my face...but i love how gentle it is! and how the taste is not over whelming :) ive noticed a big difference in my overall oral health

Fresh taste
My mouth feels very clean when I use this paste. I have not had issues with gum problems, and I hope this keeps it that way. The color of my teeth seem the same.

Helps Greatly!
Anything MSM is excellent. TriMedica MSM products are excellent and superior.
This toothpaste does the job, but I use it for the MSM qualities. My teeth and the feeling of wellness in my mouth tells the story!
