MSM is a remarkable product
My hair and nails grow so fast with the MSM pills. I am 57 years old. My hair grows real fast and looks healthy. I had read it, also, slows down gray hair, too. Because it rebuilds cells. If your stomach has problems with MSM, then buy the MSM with vitamin C. I only take it on the weekends. Also, the MSM lotion helps my dry skin. I apply it to the entire body. It helps with the summer-time-dried-out look. It even works great for the heels of the feet. It isn't magic and doesn't work in a week. But it will work if used regularly. The older you get the more dried out your neck, chest, arms, and shoulders get. I apply the lotion every day. Both the pills and lotion work. You can not beat the cost. It is an amazing product. I've used it for over a year.

PAIN STILL THERE
I still here clicking in my bones and the pain on my wrist still is present.
