Quick and easy These cook for 4 minutes, sit for 2, and are ready to eat! A little pricey for 8oz, but I look at it as a high quality protein convenience food. I put chopped veggies along in the pot, then toss warm with homemade dressing and it's ready to go. They're a notch above standard lentils. July 6, 2012

Add 1 cup truRoot Sprouted Lentil Trio to 3 cups boiling water in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 2 minutes. Drain, as needed. Makes 4 servings.
