Add 1½ cups water to small saucepan and Stir In grain packet, seasoning packet, and ½ tablespoon olive oil and bring to a boil.
Reduce Heat to medium-low and Simmer, semi-covered, until water is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
Remove from Heat and Let Stand, semi-covered, 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
