Add 1 1/4 cups water to small saucepan and stir in grain packet, seasoning packet and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, semi-covered until water is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand, covered 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Salt as desired.
