Works great I noticed a difference right away. Recalling people's names, which would be a struggle, now is amazingly easy. I notice more mental clarity now, even though I've been taking Gingko and omega oil, which helped, this seems to bring even more improvement. I'm going to get a larger bottle next time and take some to my mother in Arizona who's been struggling with memory for a while. March 4, 2009

This Product Works!!! A couple months ago I was starting to forget simple things! My son was starting to get very worried about me. I'm 60 years old. I started reading everything I could find about memory loss. I discovered that Twinlab Acetyle L-Carnitine "enhances cognitive function", so I started taking 4 per day, and it really works.
