Not for me, but maybe for others During a brief period when the liquid Amino Fuel wasn't available, I tried this, but I got very little benefit from it. My body doesn't seem to absorb protein easily, so I depend on the predigested whey protein in the Twin Lab Amino Fuel liquid. I am very grateful there are other options. July 2, 2011

A lot of pills... I did notice an increase of muscle tone when I added this to my workout schedule. Four pills with each meal felt like a lot--I lessened it to 2 pills per meal (6 meals a day), and that made the dosage more manageable. September 29, 2010
