Great deal all around
I can't always find B1 in my local grocery stores, and then if I do find it, it's often tablets of some brand I have never heard of. I prefer capsules as they don't use a bunch of filler. I have used and liked Twinlab brand for many years. This is the best price EVER and the shipping is a bargain compared to most mail order places. An excellent deal!

Great Brain Power Vitamin
I take B-1 when I have to work mentally intensely on something. B-1 helps you concentrate and focus (a great brain vitamin). Love TwinLabs as their products rarely have any fillers or unnecessary additives - just the pure vitamin.
