Great features
I like the B dot because it's small and easy to take. Don't like
vitamins that are big and hard to swallow. With the B dot you
just put it under your tongue and it dissolves very easy.

I used to get the b12 shots but it was getting too expensive these b12 dots do the job for less cost I love it.

Horrible
These tasted nasty and didn't dissolve at all! And then I didn't even notice them working after I chewed them up! Hubby said the same.

Love sublingual
I love that I can just pop one of these in my mouth when needed. they taste good and I don't have to get water to take them. I am not sure if I get extra energy though. I know I need B-12 so I will continue to buy these.
