Great if you want cyanocobalamin B-12 These dots are pleasant tasting and dissolve quickly under the tongue. However, their form of B-12 is cyanocobalamin. I recommend these if that is what you prefer. I have done some reading and have switched to a methylcobalamin form of B-12 sublingual spray offered by Vitacost. February 16, 2013
