Thick Creamy I was quite surprised when I mixed this up. It was Thick. kinda like paste.filling and you may need a spoon to eat like a pudding. Smells good prior to mixing. After I mixed it with water the first time It was an odd attempt at vanilla but a tweak will make this good. I'M RNY Gastric bypass patient so this 3-4 times a day def fills you and gives 60 grams of whey protein and many vitamins needed. add a pinch of flavor and yumm.
