Twinlab Brewers Yeast -- 18 oz
It is one of the best due to vitamins.
This is powder, needs some time to be mixed in the water (or what you mix it with) It has a terrible taste, but it is brewers yeast.... That never tastes great. However, this is the one with good amount of vitamins, also B12, this is important. Good choice!

I love Twinlab Brewers Yeast! I was using another brand that was soo bitter, I couldnt stand the taste. I add this to my lactation smoothies and altho it can get clumpy, I put it in last or just take a spoon to get it off of the bottom then put back on the blender. The taste is mild and I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I eat this right from the jar. Love the taste but acknowledge that it is an acquired one. Great source of protein.

like chese, and doesn't want to dissolve
This stuff does not want to dissolve. When I tried to stir it into milk, it turned into something like a lump of soft cheese and I could not get it off the spoon or fork. It also has a strong taste of cheese spread. I got two jars and finished them but I won't buy it again. Next I tried Vitacost Whole Food Brewer's Yeast which was somewhat better. Later I found that the Twinlab yeast was not non-GMO anyway, so now it's definitely out. I sure wish Lewis Labs still had their brewers' yeast that they were selling up until a couple of years ago, and that they would let the discounters like Vitacost handle it. They have a replacement now and they don't let the discounters handle it, and they charge about three times as much as I was paying before.
