If you hate taking pills, this is the one for you.
I dislike taking pills and find that capsules are the easiest. I also prefer those that have no taste--true for this one. When taking calcium, it is better to have a chelated form for absorption and the addition of magnesium. The other thing that I appreciate about these capsules is that they don't fall apart, none of the stuff inside is throughout the bottle as happens with some other brands. This is the only Calcium capsule I'll use. I can take 10 pills at once with these, be done quickly. Try them, I think you won't change.

Best Absorption of Calcium
Calcium citrate is superior to other calcium products such as calcium carbonate for absorption. Individuals who are sensitive to antacids or who have difficulty producing adequate stomach acid should use calcium citrate. Twinlabs is my favorite manufacturer of quality supplements and these capsules are easy to swallow.

Easy to swallow
No need to send an image or video of myself choking on calcium horse pills, as these caps go down nice and smooth and no need for panic. I will keep buying these cal/mag citrate caps.

Easy on stomach/trusted brand
I've been using this product for over 10 years and highly recommend it. It doesn't sit in your gut like a tablet. Love Twinlab!
