Good supplement
I would definitely recommend this product to a friend. Using as a prenatal supplement and find that most prenatals are lacking in this area.

Seems to work
I generally trust Twinlab to actually have what they say they are providing in their pills.
Because you need inositol to process choline, the mix is good.
It's an easy to swallow capsule.
It *seems* to provide a slight boost to energy and mental clarity (mostly the latter, don't think you can use this like an energy booster), which is the main reason I take it.
