GREAT VITAMINS
I've used these vitamins for years and was WOW'd by Vitacost's prices. I have great faith in the vitamins - they came highly recommended by a book I have based my diet on for many years and am absolutely thrilled at being able to get them quickly and so very cost-effective from this site. My husband takes warfarin and had to find a good multiple vitamin with no vitamin K in it. I am grateful I found this great super multiple vitamin for him.

Bioavailable
Good mix of multi-supplements in capsule form. I don't buy anything that isn't produced in a capsule. Tablets are a waste of money.

Good quality, old formula
I like Twinlab's quality: they only use the d-alpha tocopherols, for example, which are natural and not harmful like the dl kind used by the competition.
However, I think they need to rebalance their formula. Especially after it's been discovered that vitamin E is not as much of an antioxidant as previously believed (it can even be harmful). Also, magnesium, lycopene, resveratrol and others are missing. Why? They should all be there (okay, resveratrol is a bit of a strech, but magnesium?)
