I've been experimenting...
I add this to witch hazel for a wrinkle reducing toner. I prefer this in a liquid form, which Vitacost sells also (same brand). It really does work.

Good, if you know how to use it.
This is a good product. It works well for focus, and it's a safe alternative to caffeine when you stick to one capsule daily. DMAE is a precursor to acetylcholine, a brain neurotransmitter partly responsible for focus. I take it one hour before a workout and I get a good workout with plenty of energy and focus without jitters. I also take it when a ten-hour work day, college and three children have ground me into the dirt and the day is not over yet. Twinlab DMAE is as good as any brand, seeing as it is any other brand. You see, Twinlab has no factories of its own; they contract other manufacturers and then put the Twinlab label on it. Don't take it four hours before bed and don't exceed one capsule daily. More isn't always better.

I have used this product for some time and am quite happy with the positive results.

I got this supplement to help with my skin, but thought the brain boost claim couldn't hurt. So far, so good.
