Easy to use
I like these form of vitamin E versus the type encased in soy bean oil as you never know about the freshness of the soy bean oil.

Dry Vitamin E capsules
Twinlabs is an excellent brand and always reliable. My only regret is they stopped producing the E-400 Caps in the 250 capsule size.
