Use it for Cycling I been using Endurance Fuel, and Ultra Fuel for long distance cycling. I found the stuff to be amazing. I tell people, the difference between using it and not using it, is like a light switch. I tried another company call Hammer Nutrition, which is very good. But does not have Beta Alanine. Endurance Fuel is used for everything, before, during, and after my rides. I use the Ultra Fuel during, it has high Carbs. June 28, 2011
