Like taking a placebo
I felt absolutely no relief from anxiety after taking these pills. That said, most of Twinlab's products are of high qualtiy.

I found that it helped me relax before I went to sleep. I took it about two hours beforehand and I found that my mind wasn't running all over the universe when it was time to go to sleep
