Works Very Well
I have been taking TwinLabs Inositol for about a month now, and I do notice that I feel a lot better than I did prior to taking it. One thing that stands out for me is that I notice that I dont have an anxious feeling anymore as I used to. I take the Inositol twice a day and my moods have improved greatly as well. Winter time here in Ohio can be tough as we hardly ever get to get outside and do yardwork and play in the sunshine as we do in summer which often leads to the winter blahs as most people call it, but by taking a good regimen of daily vitamins including Vitamin D3, and the Inositol added to my diet I feel great. Twinlab products have always been top notch in quality.
