Small easy to swallow I like these as they are capsules not hard tablets. They work for me. November 25, 2012

Just enough iron per day I was previously using another brand of supplement, which contained 9 milligrams of iron & I was prescribed by my physician to take 4 capsules per day! Twinlab womens daily untra vitamins do not contain iron, so I decided to try Twinlab iron caps! I do like these as they are just enough and do not cause naseau!!! September 13, 2012

Good I got these because i was told by a friend since im not eating meat right now, i should take iron regularly. It's something im trying for a few months just to see the effects. I started 1 Jan & feel really good. February 2, 2012
