Seems to work for me really well. I was worried at the high amount but seems to be ok. Also really like that it includes the vitamin C.

no difference from regular l tyrosine
I notice a boost when I take normal l-tyrosine, and didn't feel more motivated or focused when taking this kind. I'll stick with lone l tyrosine.
