Yuck!!
I know Magnesium doesn't have the best taste, but of all the Magnesium supplements I've taken, this has to be the worst tasting stuff I've ever come across. Seriously, it's bad. Not even diluting in another drink helps--just ruins the whole drink. Really yucky taste.

Liquid is the best
I use liguid products as I have a tender stomach and cannot use pills or capsules. Twinlab offers great products as I buy from Vitacost.

Mineralizing My Drinking Water
I add the Twinlab Liqui-K Plus to my drinking water for an easy way to get extra potassium and magnesium all day long. It's tasteless and contains the forms of these minerals that I desire. By sipping it in my water throughout the day, I know I'm getting an extra mineral boost in an absorbable form. I add it to my husband's beverages, too, so that he can benefit from it. He doesn't like taking vitamin pills and this way he gets the extra minerals, especially while working outside during the hot summer months.
