Vital product to my good health
I have been purchasing Twinlab LPP tablets for over 20 years. My body prior to that was very much lacking in getting good quality, easily digestible, essential amino acids. I recommend it to all ages. Vitacost making this available to purchase has truly been a blessing!

PROTEIN PILLS TOO LARGE
MY 89 YEAR OLD MOTHER GAGS WHEN SHE TRIES TO SWALLOW THESE HUGE PILLS. IF THEY CAME IN A CAPSULE FORM SHE WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM.

Easy to maintain protein
I keep my weight at a good level by ingesting protein and complex carborhydrates. This is an easy way to get the amount of protein I need. It is easy to swallow, unlike "chewable protein" which often tastes like dirt as well.
