I've read a lot of good things about adding manganese. I don't take a multi-vit but take single items so I can keep an eye on any weird reactions. Regarding the other review, the Twinlabs label on this product says FREE of corn, soy, yeast, barley, wheat, lactose, citrus, fish and egg, most Twinlab products are like that.

nice supplement
I feel like it helps with fat digestion - like drinking several cups of hot tea with dinner.

easy to take
I don't know if this is working or not, I just heard that it helps your body absorb calcium better so that is the only reason I am taking it. It's a little capsule, very small, so easy to take.

I normally do not buy products without reading the label but there was no label on this website. I went to the twinlabs website but it did not have the label posted either.
I took a chance and ordered the product. When it came it contained corn which I am allergic to so I trashed it and took Twin Labs off my list.
