Great for your skin! CoQ10 is an anti-oxidant which I started using when I read that it was good for the skin. I was getting fine lines and wrinkles and wanted to slow the pace! After about 6 weeks, I noticed the improvement: my skin was smoother, fine lines were less noticeable, and my skin was firmer. Twinlab CoQ10 This is a great product; I've tried other brands (like NSI) because they're less expensive but the quality and the results did not match the Twinlab product. Cheaper is not always better! Q10 is naturally found in the body, but it diminishes as we grow older.
