Boosts energy levels I have been using Mega L-Carnitine from Twin Lab for more than 4 years. Previous to that I used thermogenic formulas that contained carnitine. This product definitely helps to boost my energy level and keep me active at a higher level vs. no Mega L-carnitine. I find its effects are heightened when I take my multi-vitamin.
