"I wish I could say this product did the trick for me, but it didn't do a thing. However, in all fairness, I have tried other brands of melatonin without success, as well."

"Excellent - comes in capsules which can be opened, put on the toungue and swallowed. Works extremely fastwhen this is done. Great product better than any other I have tried for getting to sleep."

"We ony use when we are really in need of a good night's sleep. One tablet before bed time and nod off to deep sleep with no hangover or bad side effects. We sometimes take a 1/2 tablet in the daytime when dealing with very stressful situation."
